The DWP slewing gears were designed for use on hydraulic attachments for hydraulic excavators as well as for mobile and stationary handling machines. The DWP combines three functions for operating the attachment:
1. Continuous hydraulic slewing drive
2. Hydraulic rotary union
3. Axial and radial bearing support of the attachment during slewing operation
The combination of our slewing gears and a customised magnet attachment ensures safe and efficient operation with your magnet. The slewing gears are available either with a hydraulic rotary union for unlimited rotation or with a mechanical stop to prevent the power cable from being torn off. Our magnet attachments are also available with an OQC adapter, allowing these operations to be carried out without leaving the cab.
In combination with an SW suspension or an OQC adapter, these hydraulically rotating load hooks are a safe alternative for attaching and transporting compact loads without misusing the grab for this purpose. This solution helps to prevent accidents and avoid damage to the grab and the load.
